Once you have started your free trial, follow these simple steps to setup integration with your Mailchimp account.
Login and click your name top right, then select “Integration”.
Scroll down to Mailchimp and login with your normal login details.
Depending how many campaigns are in your account, you can find all your campaigns if click “Email Campaigns” in the menu bar. You will need to choose the correct plan to display to total email campaigns in your account.
Then all your campaigns will display here:
Yes. Mailchimp has its own click map in your campaign reports. Mailchimp explains how it works in About Click Maps.
Email Heatmaps adds more on top. You can put this month's newsletter next to last month's and see what changed. You'll need Professional or Unlimited for compare. On Unlimited you can also build heatmaps for your Mailchimp automations and your A/B tests.
Connect once and your sent Mailchimp campaigns load into Email Heatmaps. Pick a campaign and the links that pulled the most clicks show up red, while the quiet ones stay blue. Point at any link for its click count and the percentage of the email's clicks it took.
We ask Mailchimp to leave out bot clicks when we load the clicks for your heatmap, so security scanners don't paint a link red.

No. You sign in to Mailchimp and click Allow, then you come straight back to Email Heatmaps. Your Mailchimp login must be an Owner, Admin or Manager.
Each profile connects to one Mailchimp account, so the data never gets mixed up. Create a separate profile for each Mailchimp account.
Yes, on the Unlimited plan. You get a heatmap for each version of the test, side by side, so you can see which one pulled the clicks.
