Email Heatmaps drops a visual click heatmap on top of every email you’ve sent through Omnisend. Spot which links pull weight, which CTAs get ignored, and which sections of your design actually drive action — without touching your campaign data.

How to connect Omnisend

You can connect in one click via the Omnisend App Market or paste an API key. Both take under a minute.

Option 1 — One-click connect (recommended)

1. Sign up or log in at app.emailheatmaps.com
2. Go to Integrations
3. Click Connect with Omnisend
4. Approve access in your Omnisend account
5. Done — your sent campaigns start syncing in the background

Option 2 — Paste your Omnisend API key

1. In Omnisend, open Store settings → Integrations & API → API Keys
2. Click Create API key, give it a name (e.g. Email Heatmaps)
3. Tick every permission and copy the key
4. In Email Heatmaps, go to Integrations, find the Omnisend card, paste the key and click Connect

Either way your campaigns will start appearing in the dashboard within a few minutes.

What happens after you connect

We pull every campaign you’ve sent through Omnisend, render the original email exactly as it was delivered, then overlay click data from Omnisend’s reporting API. Open any campaign in Email Heatmaps and you’ll see:

• The email rendered pixel-perfect, the way it landed in inboxes
• Heatmap hotspots over the design — bigger and hotter where clicks concentrated
• A click-by-click list of every URL with its total click count
• One-click access to share a read-only version with clients

We only read from Omnisend. Email Heatmaps never sends emails, never edits campaigns, never changes anything in your account. If you disconnect, every trace of your Omnisend data is wiped from our side within minutes.

Every account starts on a 14-day free trial with full access to the Omnisend integration. After that, pick a plan that fits the number of campaigns you send. Agency plans include white-labelling so you can run client heatmaps on your own domain with your own branding.
